We have a 90-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediate transit center are not eligible for a refund, only those sent to one of our warehouses are.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not order multiple sizes with the intent of returning the ones that do not fit. If you need help choosing a size, we are always available at support@mereldam.com.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@mereldam.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Your product doesn't fit? No problem, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will offer you a free replacement, much more advantageous in terms of time and money than a return.

Cancellation of Order
Orders can only be cancelled within one hour of being validated. After one hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system as well as that of our carrier.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
*Orders that triggered our replacement/exchange policy are no longer eligible for a refund.
